Zusammenfassung:Simultaneous dislocation of first, second and third metatarsophalangeal joints (MTPJs) has not been previously reported. We describe this unique dislocation in a 21-year-old man after hyperextension injury to the foot. This was successfully treated by closed reduction and, at 3-year follow-up, the patient continued to have stable and pain-free MTP joints.
