fabricated
via
a simple co-precipitation process. By introducing Te
4+
doping, an intense yellow emission was achieved upon X-ray irradiation. Combined with PDMS, flexible imaging screens with tunable size and thickness could be obtained, and demonstrated a high resolution of 20 LP mm
−1
, a low detection limit of 132 nGy
air
s
−1
, and high X-ray radiation endurance. Its excellent flexibility enables clear and less vignetted X-ray imaging for nonplanar subjects. The findings open a new avenue towards versatile applications for Sn-based vacancy-ordered double perovskites for other than visible and near-infrared emissions. |
