)-catalyzed denitrogenation of 1,2,3-triazoles. Afterwards, ring-closure of the formed nine-membered ring intermediate
via
intramolecular nucleophilic addition followed by subsequent rearrangements could afford the final octahydro-1
H
-purine derivatives. |
