Zusammenfassung:A dicationic probe ( Cz-Bz-1 ) was presented with excellent photostability and large Stokes shifts, which could migrate from mitochondria to the nucleolus and report mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) changes. Moreover, Cz-Bz-1 was successfully applied to visualize the decrease of MMP induced by H 2 O 2 and cis -platinum during cell apoptosis. A fluorescent probe with large Stokes shifts and excellent photostability was reported for monitoring mitochondria-nucleolus migration.
