Zusammenfassung:A novel class of bionanocomposites based on monodisperse microparticles containing metal nanoparticles including Au, Pd, Ag and Pt were synthesized and characterized using a simple and efficient approach. The versatile nanocomposites exhibited unique possibilities as new biosensor for highly selective and sensitive immunoassays as well as a remarkable enhancement in catalytic activity in the reduction of 4-nitrophenol selected as model reaction which illustrated their potential in various different applications.
