Zusammenfassung:Cu 3 SbSe 3 nanocrystals have been synthesized using a hot-injection method. The Cu 3 SbSe 3 nanocrystals possess a band gap of 1.31 eV and the corresponding nanocrystal-electrode shows an incident photon to current efficiency (IPCE) of 10–35% in the visible region. Our work demonstrates that Cu 3 SbSe 3 nanocrystals have potential in photo-electric conversion device applications.
