Zusammenfassung:Black TiO 2 nanostructures co-doped with Fe 3+ and Ti 3+ were synthesized by annealing Fe-deposited TiO 2 nanotubes under vacuum. These vacuum-annealed samples exhibited improved visible light absorption and efficient photocatalytic activity under visible light illumination as compared to conventional TiO 2 materials. XPS and EPR spectra confirmed the presence of Ti 3+ in the bulk and Fe 3+ dopant.
