Zusammenfassung:LibSBGN is a library for reading, writing and validating maps that use the Systems Biology Graphical Notation (SBGN). The goals of LibSBGN are to 1) increase interoperability between pathway visualization tools, 2) increase the amount of code re-used, and 3) make it easier for tool developers to adopt the SBGN standard. This presentation is a status update of the project, presented at the COMBINE 2011 meeting.
