To investigate the relationship between central arterial pulse pressure (CAPP) and circadian blood pressure (BP) rhythm abnormities in patients with essential hypertension.
Methods:
One hundred and ninety cases of essential hypertensive patients were enrolled. All the subjects were of Han nationality including 96 males and 94 females, with the average age of 59.7±12.8 years.
