In vitro Agglutination of Bovine Erythrocytes infected with Babesia argentine

THE presence of antibodies capable of agglutinating intracellular schizonts of Plasmodium knowlesi has been reported 1 and a parasite agglutination test described 1–2 . This communication reports a similar test for Babesia argentina using heavily parasitized bovine erythrocytes.
