Zusammenfassung:Primary rat sarcomata regress, usually temporarily but occasionally completely, after the injection of nucleic acids from lymphocytes of sheep and allogeneic rats which have been immunized with tissues from the tumour to be treated. It is possible that the effect results from the strengthening of an already existing immune reaction and that it is only temporary because it is related to the life span of messenger RNA.
