Radioactivity in the Milk of Subjects receiving Radioactive 19-Norsteroids

Zusammenfassung:PREVIOUS studies 1 have provided information about the excretion of radioactive metabolites of orally administered 19-norsteroids in the bile, urine and faeces of human subjects. The experiments described in this report were designed to estimate the amount of a radioactive dose of norethynodrel (17α-ethynyl-17β-hydroxy-Δ 5(10) -oestren-3-one) or of ethynodiol diacetate (3β,17β-diacetoxy-17α-ethynyl-Δ 4 -oestrene) which was excreted in the milk of rabbits and of humans.
