Zusammenfassung:IT has been known for some time that dissociated sponge cells will aggregate if submitted to the proper conditions 1–3 . Wilson 1,2 , and later Galtsoff 3 , carried out experiments using dissociated cells of Microciona prolifera and Hymeniacidon heliophila and they described the stages of aggregation and the effects of various factors on the process. Later, de Laubenfels 4 found this regenerative power in other species of sponges.
