Zusammenfassung:EXPERIMENTAL acute glomerulonephritis is readily produced in rats by the injection of rabbit antibody into rat kidney 1 . It has been found by radioautography that labelled nephrotoxic antibody was present in glomeruli 2 . Investigations with the fluorescent antibody technique afterwards showed the deposition of nephrotoxic globulin in what appeared to be basement membranes 3,4 ; but lack of resolution made precise localization difficult.
