Zusammenfassung:RECENTLY, C. Crowe 1 has attempted to demonstrate that the carbon-14 activity in the atmosphere has been subject to considerable variations during the past 5,000 years. He did this by plotting the carbon -14 data of a number of samples of historically known age. By this method a variation in the atmospheric carbon-14 activity appears as a systematic difference between the carbon-14 and the historical age.
