Zusammenfassung: | Excess molar volumes, measured in a vibrating-tube densimeter, and excess molar heat capacities, measured in a flow calorimeter, were made for binary mixtures of (ethanol + benzene, or toluene, or o-xylene, or chlorobenzene) at a temperature of 298.15 K. Those experimental results were interpreted in terms of self-association of ethanol and hydrogen bonds formed between ethanol and an aromatic compound. |
