Zusammenfassung: | Infinite dilution binary diffusion coefficients D 12 for arabinose, xylose, glucose, mannose, galactose, and sucrose in water were measured over the temperature range from (273.2 to 353.2) K at 0.1 MPa with the Taylor dispersion method. The values of D 12/T were well correlated with water viscosity for each solute with average absolute deviation AAD < 1.7 %. The accuracies for various predictive correlations were also examined. |
