Zusammenfassung: | A diazonium salt-derived organoimido hexamolybdate was synthesized and directly covalently immobilized on Si surfaces using diazonium chemistry to form both monolayers and multilayers. These monolayers and multilayers were characterized by ellipsometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and electrochemical analysis. The results of electrochemical analysis have shown a strong electronic interaction between the surface-confined clusters and the Si substrate through the organic conjugated bridge. |
