Zusammenfassung:The specific methodological features in the emulsion and the reprecipitation methods to fabricate organic nanocrystals were examined using perylene. The size-control of perylene nanocrystals was accomplished for the first time using the emulsion method, which has not been achieved so far by the reprecipitation method. The standard deviation of size distribution of nanocrystals in the emulsion method became smaller than that in the reprecipitation method. Although the residual good solvent may influence the nanocrystal growth process in the reprecipitation method, no such influence was detected in the emulsion method.
