Zusammenfassung: | Mixed-ligand copper nitroxide complexes Cu(ptfa)L (ptfa = pivaloyltrifluoroacetonato, L = nitrile-substituted nitroxide enaminoketone) have been synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. The complexes are 1-D nitrile-bound coordination polymers in contrast to 2-D and 3-D Cu(hfac)L (hfac = hexafluoroacetylacetonato) studied earlier. The magnetic dimensionality of Cu(ptfa)L is zero, and weak ferromagnetic exchange of an intramolecular nature is observed. |
