Zusammenfassung: | Durable and responsive actuators made from MXene-based composites have become a central focus in MXene-based actuator research. However, many MXene-based actuators demonstrate limited design flexibility, restricting their application in complex environments. Herein, we report the phenomenon of shape reconfiguration in MXene/PVA-based actuators. Specifically, the unique F functional groups on the MXene surface engage with the hydroxyl groups of the PVA (poly(vinyl alcohol)) chain, creating a reversible “lock” structure. By modulating this reversible “lock”, the actuator achieves shape reconfiguration capabilities, enabling more versatile structural designs. Importantly, this marks the first observation of shape reconfiguration phenomena in MXene-based actuators, presenting innovative design strategies for other polymer composite matrix systems with shape reconfiguration potential. |
