These two transformations manifest pronounced regio- and chemo-divergent behavior, successfully demonstrating unprecedented multicomponent “abnormal Mannich and Mannich-type” reactions. The remarkable environmentally benign protocol has been efficiently extended to concise the synthesis and late-stage derivatization. |
