Zusammenfassung:A MXene/poly(dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride) (PDDA)/Fe3O4 (MPF) hybrid with exceptional oxidation resistance was synthesized via electrostatic self-assembly. Subsequently, a magnetic field was utilized to construct the parallel-aligned MPF within the waterborne epoxy coating (WEC). This parallel-aligned hybrid could significantly hinder the penetration of the corrosive ions. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) results revealed that the WEC containing parallel-aligned MPF (VMPF/WEC) exhibited the highest low-frequency impedance modulus (|Z 0.01 Hz|) among all coatings, which was 3 orders of magnitude higher than that of WEC in the initial stage of corrosion. After 42 days of the corrosion, the |Z 0.01 Hz| of VMPF/WEC surpassed that of WEC by more than 2 orders of magnitude, thereby indicating the exceptional long-term corrosion resistance of VMPF/WEC. This work proposed novel ideas for constructing high-performance anticorrosion WECs.
