Zusammenfassung:Psychological safety is a founding principal in simulation where the participants feel safe to speak up, engage, and free from judgement. Despite organized processes related to ensuring a psychologically safe environment in simulation, Physician Assistant, Medicine and Pharmacy students reported fears associated with interprofessional collaboration. Results of a pre-post survey related to fears demonstrate underlying emotions and implicit and explicit bias. Statistical significance was found between medical students and pharmacy students however all groups reported some degree of fear associated with Interprofessional competencies.
