Zusammenfassung:In modern artillery systems, frictional properties of modular charge significantly impact the operation of artillery feeding system. In this study, Tribology performance between modular charge and aluminum alloy were investigated under simulated environment of artillery. The result indicates that the COF initially increased and then decreases with the temperature dropped from 50 °C to −40 °C. Additionally, COF increased from 0.19 to 0.41 when relative velocity increased from 100 mm/s to 2000mm/s. SEM detection and chemical composition analysis demonstrated that the main wear forms are adhesive wear and abrasive wear. The tribofilm including aluminum titanium oxide and aluminum nitrides generated through tribochemical reaction, which are beneficial for boundary lubrication. This work provides theoretical reference for artillery tribology research. [Display omitted]
