Zusammenfassung: | Hydrostatic guideways are widely used in ultra-precision machine tools. However, in most cases, assemblers must rely on their experience to adjust the manufacturing errors of the guide rail and slider, which indirectly controls the error motion. To ensure assembly accuracy and improve efficiency, an error motion calculation model is established based on the external slider closed hydrostatic guideway. The accuracy of the model is verified through experiments, and the main factors that affect the error motion are analysed. Finally, a traversal algorithm is used to calculate the distribution of the error averaging coefficient. Once the error motion index is clarified, the design and assembly process of the guideway can be constrained by the error averaging coefficient. |
