Zusammenfassung: | The current research work synthesized bismuth telluride nanocomposite as a sensor for measuring epinephrine. The synthesized bismuth telluride was characterized using X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Raman analysis, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and field emission scanning electron microscopy. Differential pulse voltammetry was used to measure epinephrine. The linear range for epinephrine was 10 µM - 783.56 µM and the detection limit was calculated to be 0.710 µM. The advantages of the proposed sensor include good stability, excellent reproducibility, excellent selectivity, an easy synthesis method, and a short analysis time. The efficiency of this electrode was checked in biological samples to measure epinephrine. The obtained results indicate the high success of the modified electrode for epinephrine drug measurement.
