Zusammenfassung: | The online detection of gas decomposition components in transformer oil is an effective way to monitor the running state of the transformer. This study studied the adsorption and sensing properties of Pd, Pt, and Au modified GeSe to dissolved gases in transformer oil, aiming to find materials with outstanding sensitivity and selectivity. The adsorption energy, density of states, differential charge density, and molecular orbital theory were calculated to analyse the modification and gas adsorption processes. The results show that GeSe doped with Pd, Pt, and Au have good adsorption capacity for H2, CO, and C2H4. In addition, different metal atom doping shows other gas-sensing properties to the gas molecules, which provides a feasible way to recognize each species in the mixed characteristic decomposed gases. |
