Zusammenfassung: | A novel microwave dielectric ceramic DyVO4 was synthesized via a solid-state reaction route. Rietveld refinement was employed to obtained the detailed structural parameters of tetragonal DyVO4, and the vibrational modes of chemical bonds in the structure were further studied by Raman spectroscopy. The correlation between the microwave dielectric properties of DyVO4 and packing fraction, Raman spectrum and bond valence was investigated. DyVO4 ceramic sintered at 1150 °C possessed optimum microwave dielectric properties of εr = 11.69, Q × f = 24382 GHz, and τf = −19.39 ppm/°C. |
