Zusammenfassung: | The underlying causes of acute pancreatitis are not fully understood, recent studies have implicated disruptions in the biological clock in the pathogenesis of this condition. The biological clock plays a critical role in the development and progression of acute pancreatitis, and its effects are mediated through multiple physiological pathways and cellular processes. A better understanding of the mechanisms underlying the effect of the biological clock on acute pancreatitis may lead to the development of new therapeutic strategies for this debilitating disease. In this review, we will summarize the effects of biological clock on acute pancreatitis and elaborate its mechanisms, in order to provide reliable evidence for clinical intervention. |
