Zusammenfassung: | numerous diagnostic techniques targeted at increasing electrified drive powertrains system (EDPS) dependability and durability have been proposed, motivated by the growing requirement for accurate fault diagnosis. This paper aims to deliver an extensive and detailed examination of common malfunctions and advanced diagnostic techniques for EDPS and its vital constituents, which are categorized into three major groups, namely model-based, signal-analysis-based, and artificial intelligence data-driven based. Additionally, based on a thorough research of more than 130 pieces of literature, this paper not only systematically reviews the typical fault types and corresponding fault diagnosis methods of EDPS and its critical components from four aspects: mechanical, electrical, demagnetization, and electro-mechanical coupling, but also further compares them in terms of merits, drawbacks, development trends, and complexity. Finally, seven recommendations and perspectives for future research are proposed. In general, this paper intends to provide insightful guidance to relevant researchers for in-depth investigation. |
