Zusammenfassung:Neoadjuvant chemotherapy refers to systemic chemotherapy before implementing local treatment methods such as surgery or radiotherapy, and Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with aspirin have protective effect on preventing breast cancer patients. This study aims to investigate the role of aspirin in with breast cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy by targeting JAK2/STAT3. This clinical study totally includes 200 participants, and these participants are divided into following two groups: control group (asprin, experimental group (asprin + neoadjuvant chemotherapy). Participants’ general data are collected and analyzed. The JAK2 protein levels, STAT3 protein levels in the tissue samples from control group and experimental group are determined by ELISA and immunohistochemistry. The total of 200 participants are included in this study. Compared to the JAK2 level, STAT3 level in control group, the JAK2 level, STAT3 level in experimental group are significantly decreased and the difference is significant statistical difference(P
