Zusammenfassung:Neonatal skull fracture is rare and instrumental delivery is one of the risk factors. We present a case of parietal bone fracture in a term newborn with Thierry's spatulas who benefited from a 3D brain scan. If many cases have been reported with the use of forceps whatever their type, our case is to our knowledge the first one described with spatulas.
