Zusammenfassung: | By using the melt crystallization method, Tb4O7-MnO2 co-doped glass-ceramics containing Y2Sn2O7 were synthesized. The heat treatment for glass-ceramics was determined to be 700°C/1.5 h using differential scanning calorimetry analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and light transmittance curves. FTIR spectroscopy further confirmed the precipitation of the Y2Sn2O7. Although MnO2 was used as the Mn source in this experiment, the glass-ceramic showed the luminescent properties of Mn2+. The emission spectra and fluorescence decay curves of Tb4O7-MnO2 co-doped glass-ceramics demonstrate the energy transfer phenomenon of Tb3+→Mn2+. When the doping concentration of MnO2 increases, the glass-ceramics can realize tunable luminescence from green light to yellow light to orange light. At 473 K, the luminescence intensity of Tb3+ and Mn2+ were 84.3% and 33.0% of those at room temperature. In terms of absolute and relative sensitivity, the maximum values for glass-ceramics were 1.18 × 10−2 K−1 and 1.52%K−1. The minimum temperature resolution is 0.05 K at 298 K. It is demonstrated that the prepared Tb4O7-MnO2 co-doped glass-ceramics containing Y2Sn2O7 have a promising application in the field of optical temperature measurement. |
