Zusammenfassung: | The effect of punching of electric motor sheets on electrical machine performances is addressed. The approach is using first measurement of mechanical stress effect on magnetic behavior. An evaluation of residual stress field in stator sheets after punching process is then carried out by FEM. A new coupled magneto-elastic Preisach model is proposed to model the B(H) curves and introduced in magnetic FEM software using residual stresses as an input. Modeling of EV motor highlights a weak torque reduction. |
