Zusammenfassung: | Spin pumping induced inverse spin Hall effect (SP-ISHE) measurement is a widely used technique for searching of materials with strong charge-to-spin conversion efficiency. However, it is actually still not easy to obtain reliable quantitative ISHE voltage (VISHE) in most of the current widely used SP-ISHE experiment setups. In order to solve this problem, we proposed a SP-ISHE measurement approach employing an air-substrate micro-strip waveguide device, that has been proved to be better than widely used coplanar waveguide (CPW), from both the viewpoints of convenience for sample wiring and reliability for achieved VISHE. |
