Zusammenfassung: | Over the years, magnetic nanoparticles have been taken advantage of on account of their inherent properties like high field irreversibility, high saturation field, super magnetism, and narrow size distribution on numerous occasions during a wide selection of applications. Different kinds of metals, ferrites, alloys, and oxides having magnetizations with high saturation are preferred to provide MNPs. MNPs have been extensively investigated as a drug delivery method due to their efficient magnetic targeting mechanism and capacity to produce a diverse cell response. MNPs are also favorable candidates for disease therapy, treatment of neurological disorders, hyperthermia, anaemia, and tissue engineering applications. This review gives an insight into various aspects regarding magnetic nanoparticles like their synthesis, applications, and toxicity.
