Zusammenfassung:Nowadays, developing empowering strategies based on health, safety and the environment is one of the most important issues of management in organizations. This research provides a model for the implementation of innovative green strategies model. The model contemplates four topics (e.g., social, environment, health, and safety); three organizational types (e.g. oil, gas and petrochemicals company); four strategies combined model (PESTEL, SWOT, AHP, SPACE). On this basis, 25 outsourcing strategic factors (including 13 opportunities and 12 outsourcing threats) and 21 internal factors (including 7 strengths and 14 weaknesses) were identified. Hence, the strategic elements of the outsourcing and internal have been ranked, and the most important opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the organization have been introduced to develop SHSE-based environmental protection. Afterward, using strategic positioning tool and strategy design, 18 strategies have been developed. The results show the Organization of Special Economic Zone of Petrochemicals is strategically positioned in the face of opportunities to threaten and overcome the weak points of strength. Accordingly, using " Weakness-Opportunity Strategies” can be mainly used to take advantage of the opportunities offered to compensate for the weaknesses of the organization. •This study is to present integrated strategies of SHSE based on detailed analysis of organization management and its resources.•Innovative green strategy to mean an organizational strategy that balances environmental, social, safety and pecuniary values.•Considering the corporate social, health, safety and environmental strategies help the organization to have green main strategy for futures.•Conceptual Model of Research based on four strategies combined model (PESTEL, SWOT, AHP, SPACE).
