Zusammenfassung:In this study, the properties of the mechanically forced region of low-pressure and non-thermal cold argon plasma are investigated by Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) method. Measurements were also made with the Langmuir probe in this region. The energy transition mechanism was tried to be determined by using the intensity differences obtained from the OES graphs.
