Zusammenfassung:A 1D ternary photonic crystal (PC) with a Silicon (Si)/Magnetized Cold Plasma (MCP)/Superconductor (SC) ternary is considered as a terahertz tunable bandpass filter. The results show that the Photonic Bandgap (PBG) frequency location can be tuned by variations of the magnetic field, the electron density and the plasma layer thickness as well. However, variation in SC temperature and thickness leads to the PBG width change. Therefore, the proposed PC structure could be useful for the independent control of PBG location and PBG width by the plasma and SC parameters. The proposed structures could provide an alternative for the design of narrow band-pass filters at THz.
