Zusammenfassung: | At Present work, small sized Platinum (Pt) nanoparticles (NPs) were successfully prepared by green and biogenic methods using Salix Tetraspeama Leaf (STL) extract as reducing and capping agent. The numerous analytical techniques were performed to the characterization of biosynthesized PtNPs like XRD, FT-IR, UV, TEM, SEM, and EDX. Since, the effective parameters on synthesis of PtNPs were fully optimized to achieve small size in the nanoscale region. During synthesis, the obtained results showed that the ultrasound process assisted PtNPs are smaller of 12 nm with enhanced structural, morphological, optical, and anticancer and photocatalytic activities. In particular, it is also calculated high free radical scavenging ability as testify to DPPH radical assay of 69% of 100 μg/mL and anticancer activity were detected of 85.75% in vitro against human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 using MTT assay. In addition, the effective parameters on the Pt catalytic reduction was fully optimized under Methylene Blue (MeB) with the higher degradation efficiency are observed at 90%. This characterization provides a controlled green and biogenic synthesis of PtNPs in the smaller size and their activities are manipulated for different applications as cancer cells, drug delivery pharmaceuticals industries and catalytic activities.
