Zusammenfassung: | Topological insulator (TI) and perfect electromagnetic conductor (PEMC) are new type of matter with remarkable electromagnetic behavior. Despite of conventional scattered fields terms, cross-component terms are generated when the electromagnetic wave interacts with these matters. In this paper, TI is utilized as host medium for PEMC strip and diffraction of electromagnetic wave from proposed strip is assessed by Kobayashi potential (KP) method which yields exact answer. Pivotal elements in KP are Weber-Schafheitlin integrals which are specific integrals with exact solution. Whereby, boundary and some edge conditions of configurations satisfy automatically and simultaneously. Initially, formulation and theoretical calculations of KP method is provided and far-zone scattered field is calculated. To demonstrate the efficiency of method, convergence analysis is provided and for the validation, comparison with other methods is made. Variations of scattered field pattern due to configuration's parameters are illustrated and discussed meticulously. |
