Zusammenfassung: | A method for estimating charge and energy conversion in capacitor by analysis on photo-capacitances hysteresis with valley shape was investigated. The successful fitting of the photo-capacitances hysteresis exposed under light with different wavelength enables us to characterize the responses of the capacitance at various capacitor and monochromatic light. Because the photo-capacitances hysteresis with valley shape can be explained with one typical function, charge liberated by light was obtained via the function integral respected to voltage, furthermore, energy conversion was figured out based on the knowledge of capacitor. |
