Zusammenfassung:•Typical values of the parameters of static exponential load model are determined.•The recommended parameter values are validated, in all considered periods.•The changes of reliable parameter values are modelled by polynomials.•Dependencies of load model parameters on ambient temperature are found. This paper presents measurement-based evaluation of static load characteristics of demands in administrative buildings, which are an important class of commercial customers. Typical values of the parameters of static exponential load model are determined from the long-term measurements of voltage, active and reactive powers at the low voltage sides of secondary transformer substations. The average model parameter values are determined for different seasons, for characteristic days of the week and for specific time intervals during the characteristic days. The presented results also consider dependencies of the load model parameters on the variations of ambient temperature.
