Zusammenfassung:For the current molten salt storage heat to medium and high frequency electromagnetic coupling heating mainly, there are problems such as high failure rates and difficulties in achieving high-voltages and high-power. This paper proposes a power-frequency electromagnetic coupling direct heating technology that can realize high-voltage and high-power heating of molten salt. According to the theory of electromagnetic induction heating and the working principle of transformer, a power frequency electromagnetic coupling heating molten salt heat storage system that can achieve uniform heating effect is designed. By studying the influence of different heating power and different heat storage materials on parameters such as heat storage time, heat storage performance, and heat storage uniformity, a theoretical basis is provided for the system to determine a reasonable heating power and scope of application. A heat exchange tube layout scheme was proposed for the two operating modes of heat release, and simulation analysis was conducted. And the results show that the heat energy can be transferred outward quickly and uniformly. Through theoretical calculation and simulation experiments, the system can realize uniform heating and heat release of molten salt, and proposes a new solution to the current technical problems in the field of high-voltage and high-power direct heating of molten salt heat storage systems.
