Zusammenfassung: | This paper proposes AirLock, an artificial intelligence solution meticulously crafted to elevate user authentication security in network-aware environments. With a focus on enhancing safety and convenience within indoor spaces, AirLock ingeniously employs conventional multi-antenna commercial wireless systems as a supplementary security bolster. The system makes substantial contributions in two pivotal domains. Firstly, it adeptly utilizes amplitude differences between antenna pairs to extricate individual biometrics and seamlessly eliminate multipath noise from signals. Secondly, it boasts a Seq2Seq attention network structure fortified with a precise coding strategy for authentication, ensuring swift mapping of behavior characteristics to an authenticated user. Across diverse real-world scenarios, AirLock impressively achieves an average AAR of 96.5%. |
