Zusammenfassung: | Molecular markers have been used for genetic study and identification of cultivars for a long time. In this study SRAP and ISSR markers were used to evaluate genetic variation and relationships among 25 accessions in China. Both marker systems obtained high polymorphism for the high resolution of capillary electrophoresis. The UPGMA dendrogram based on SRAP and ISSR shared many common clusters: one main cluster (clade 1) included 5 Curcuma alismatifolia accessions (C1, C3, C4, C5, C6), five branches each formed by two most related cultivars (C10 and C17, C24 and C25, C19 and C20, C14 and C22, C15 and C23). Result revealed by two molecular markers highly consistent with each other indicated both of them are credible. The extremely high polymorphism tested made our thoroughly understand the relationships of 25 accessions possible. Our study may benefit in further theoretical research and cross breeding work. |
