Arthroscopic Bony Bankart Lesion Fixation Using Knotless Double-Loaded Suture Anchors and Buttress Sutures

Zusammenfassung:Bony Bankart lesions are anterior glenoid fractures from traumatic injuries that can result in glenoid bone loss and recurrent instability if untreated. Bony Bankart lesion treatment has progressed in recent years toward a variety of arthroscopic techniques using suture anchors for fixation. We describe an arthroscopic repair technique for bony Bankart lesions using a cerclage and buttress construct with double-loaded knotless suture anchors to simplify and maximize fixation while reducing potential complications.
