Zusammenfassung: | An efficient strategy was developed to prepare the linear cylinder-like carbon fiber @ room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (Cf@RTVSR) core-sheath elastomer as the high-performance additive of PRC with the purpose of improving the wear-resisting performance of phenolic resin composites (PRC). Results showed that the recovery of the modified PRC was improved by 27.14%. The friction coefficient of PRC modified by Cf@RTVSR core-sheath elastomer under the braking pressure of 0.5 MPa and the braking speed of 2000 rpm significantly rose to 0.3414 in contrast to unmodified one, while the wear rate dropped by 84.8% owing to the dense tribo-film forming on worn surfaces. The tribo-film had good scratch resistance without obvious stress concentration thereon, which was beneficial to reducing abrasive wear and the formation of fatigue cracks, thereby alleviating fatigue wear. |
