Shared parking is a new way to effectively mitigate the difficulty in urban parking and traffic congestion. With the development and application of modern information technologies, intelligent optimization is adopted to make shared urban parking becomes possible. An intelligent idea of integrating multi-source data is proposed to implement shared parking. An intelligent-sharing urban parking framework is built, and intelligent-optimization matching solution method for urban shared parking demand is proposed. In order to better systematically optimize the allocation efficiency of urban shared parking resources, a dynamic and intelligent-optimized adjustment strategy is proposed for the sharing periods, shared pricing and penalties for prolonged parking in buildings with various properties based on the utilisation rate of parking slots in shared areas and the occurrence rate of prolonged parking and emergencies. Finally, to implement the novel intelligent-optimized and shared parking mode integrating multi-source data in urban areas, advice and directions are given for constructing a better management and security system.
